The center is located approximately a block and a half from the LODI MUNICIPAL COMPLEX.
From Route 46, take MAIN Street to Lodi.
Follow Main Street and turn right at Arnot Street.
(Landmarks: Corner of Lodi Municipal Complex - Police Station side
and across from Burger King, Acme and Big K Mart)

Turn right at next street into Dell Glen Avenue.
The center is in the 3rd building on the right.

Membership is not a requirement to train with Bakbakan.
However, training with Bakbakan is a requirement for membership!

If you are interested in dropping by for a visit or to train,
call, write, or  e-mail us.
Prior arrangement required.
Walk-ins will not be accommodated.

The Training Area has Thai bags, Wave bags, punching bags, rope targets, rope climbing, the Power Tower, free weights, top-and-bottom bag and storage for auxiliary mats. The equipment storage area on the mezzanine can be seen in the background.

A Race to the Top!
Rope climbing is a favorite fitness and competition activity.
Members vie with each other in the number of times they can climb the rope in a single session.
Each succesful climb is made known by ringing the bell at the top.

Tulisan Knife Sparring - 1 Double Stick Sparring

Each training session always ends with free-sparring among members and students. The match-ups may be voluntary or nominated.
The partners may specify the type of sparring engagement unless a specific agenda has been established for the day or the match.
Sparring may be single stick, double stick, knife (Tulisan), knife and dagger, boxing, kick boxing (Sagasa), throwing and/or grappling (Hagibis) or unarmed combat - "juego todo"/BAKBAKAN (free-for-all/anything goes).
