NGO CHO KUN (Five Ancestor Fist Kung Fu) originated in the late 1800s in Fujian Province, China. It was the brainchild of an accomplished martial artist named Chua Giok Beng. Always looking for the most efficient techniques to combine into the perfect fighting art, Beng finally settled on the techniques of five famous Chinese martial arts: Peho (Fujian White Crane), Kao Kun (Monkey Boxing), Tai Cho (Grand Ancestor Boxing), Lohan (Internal Buddhist Boxing), and Tat Chun (Damo's Iron-Body Training).
